Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT/BST may be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Summer Set is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Summer Set is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
